The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff was friendly. the hotel is conveniently located near subway lines and has plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the breakfast selection was good, and there was even a massage service available.
The hotel's internet connection was very slow and frustrating to use. Parking was also very expensive, and there weren't many convenient options nearby.

We stayed at this hotel over New Year's Eve and had a great time. The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view of the bay. We appreciated the convenience of having a convenience store nearby, as well as being right next to the train station for easy access to Tokyo's many attractions. The bathroom was modern and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The location, which was slightly further from the city center than we expected, but that was not a major issue for us. the communication with the staff was a bit difficult at times due to language barriers, but we were still able to get what we needed.

The location of the hotel is convenient for travelers who want to stay close to the airport. It is located directly on top of the Shinagawa Seaside station on the Rinkai line, and it takes around 60 minutes and costs approximately 180 to 230 yen to reach Shinjuku. the amenities provided in the room are satisfactory, including mini-fridge and a kettle, as well as personal hygiene items in the bathroom.
It is situated on the railway station on the Rinkai line, so it is not close to the main tourist attractions, making it less convenient for sightseeing.
